Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

To support scheduling accuracy and efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support to users while working remotely from authorized states.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access criteria
• Interpret statistical models to build clinician schedules and identify access gaps
• Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and schedule changes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience in building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years of technical support experience
• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in coordinating systems or projects
• Applied analytical skills, including data analysis
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively within an organization
