Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

To support scheduling operations, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create, maintain, and manage clinician schedules remotely, ensuring compliance with policies and optimizing appointment availability.

Key responsibilities

• Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
• Manage data integrity and healthcare scheduling workflows, including system configuration and support
• Provide high-level technical support and collaborate with management to resolve scheduling issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience building or maintaining schedules using software applications
• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in providing direct technical support or coordinating systems/projects
• Applied analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively across all organizational levels
