Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

To support scheduling operations, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support, all while working remotely from authorized locations in the Colorado region.

Key responsibilities

• Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet established access criteria
• Manage data practices and maintain the integrity of scheduling workflows and systems
• Provide high-level technical support to end users and address scheduling-related inquiries

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience building or maintaining schedules using a software application, or three years of direct technical support experience
• Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to analyze data and convey complex information effectively
• Experience in coordinating systems or projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
