Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

To support scheduling efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support, all while working remotely from authorized states.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access criteria
• Manage data practices and ensure integrity of healthcare scheduling workflows
• Provide high-level technical support to end users and collaborate with teams on access management

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using a software application or three years of direct technical support experience
• Associates degree in a relevant field or two additional years of equivalent work experience
• Applied use of analytical skills, including data analysis
• Ability to convey complex information effectively to internal customers
• Experience coordinating systems or projects
