Job Summary
To support scheduling operations, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support while working remotely from authorized locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
- Utilize statistical models to build schedules and identify gaps in access management
- Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and schedule changes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years in technical support
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or two years of equivalent work experience
- Experience with data analysis and problem-solving in a scheduling context
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively to various stakeholders
- Experience coordinating systems or projects in a healthcare setting is preferred
