Job Summary
To support scheduling operations, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support, all while working remotely from authorized states.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
- Track and report on clinician schedule changes and ensure compliance with appointment utilization standards
- Provide high-level technical support to end users and manage provider payroll accurately
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using a software application or three years of direct technical support experience
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience coordinating systems or projects
- Applied analytical skills for data analysis
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively within an organization
