Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

To support efficient scheduling processes, the full-time remote Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support for scheduling systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
• Interpret statistical models to build clinician schedules and identify access gaps
• Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and schedule changes

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years providing direct technical support
• Associates degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience coordinating systems or projects
• Applied analytical skills, including data analysis
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively to internal customers
