Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Access and Systems Consultant will create, build, and maintain clinician schedules and department calendars, ensuring compliance with scheduling policies and delivering high-quality service to patients and clinicians.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and maintain schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
- Collaborate with the Access management team to identify and resolve scheduling issues
- Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and time records
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using a software application or three years providing direct technical support
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and the application of analytical skills
- Ability to convey complex information and communicate effectively with internal customers
- Experience coordinating systems or projects is preferred
