Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create, build, and maintain clinician and department schedules while collaborating with Department Leaders to ensure appointment availability meets demand and compliance with scheduling policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and maintain schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access standards
- Interpret statistical models to build clinician schedules and identify access gaps with the Access management team
- Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and schedule changes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three (3) years providing direct technical support
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or related field, or two (2) years of equivalent work experience
- Experience coordinating systems or projects
