Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

To support scheduling needs, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support, all while working remotely from authorized locations in Colorado and other KP regions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access standards
• Interpret statistical models to build schedules that address access needs and identify gaps in appointment availability
• Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and schedule changes

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years providing direct technical support
• Associate's degree in a relevant field or two additional years of equivalent work experience
• Experience in coordinating systems or projects
• Applied analytical skills, including data analysis
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively within an organization
