Job Summary
To support scheduling efficiency in a remote environment, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support for scheduling systems.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access criteria
- Collaborate with management to identify access issues and implement solutions in scheduling systems
- Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and schedule changes
Required qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using a software application or three years providing direct technical support
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience coordinating systems or projects
- Applied analytical skills, including data analysis
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively within an organization
