Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Access and Systems Consultant will create, build, and maintain clinician and department schedules, ensuring compliance with scheduling policies while collaborating with department leaders to meet appointment demand.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access standards
• Interpret statistical models to build clinician schedules and identify access gaps
• Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and schedule changes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years providing technical support
• Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Experience coordinating systems or projects
• Applied analytical skills, including data analysis
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively within an organization
