Job Summary
To support efficient scheduling processes, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support, all while working remotely from authorized locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access criteria
- Manage data practices and maintain the integrity of scheduling workflows and systems
- Provide high-level technical support and resolve scheduling-related issues for clinicians and staff
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in building or maintaining schedules using a software application, or three years providing direct technical support
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and understanding of operational procedures
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively across various organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in coordinating systems or projects
