Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

To support scheduling efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support for scheduling systems in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
• Interpret statistical models to build clinician schedules and identify access gaps
• Manage provider payroll and ensure compliance with scheduling policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years of technical support experience
• Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Experience coordinating systems or projects
• Applied analytical skills including data analysis
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively to various stakeholders
