Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance scheduling efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules remotely, ensuring compliance with policies and collaborating with department leaders to meet appointment demands.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to optimize member access
• Utilize analytical reports to identify scheduling gaps and ensure adherence to staffing policies
• Provide technical support and manage system configurations related to scheduling applications

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience in building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years in technical support
• Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in data analysis and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively across various organizational levels
• Experience in coordinating systems or projects is preferred
