Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

To support scheduling efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide high-level technical support, all while working remotely from authorized locations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access standards
• Manage data practices and ensure the integrity of healthcare scheduling workflows
• Provide technical support and configure scheduling rules within assigned department applications

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years of direct technical support experience
• Associate's degree in a related field or two additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to analyze data and convey complex information effectively
• Experience in coordinating systems or projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with internal customers at all organizational levels
