Job Summary
To support scheduling efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide high-level technical support, all while working remotely from authorized locations.
Key responsibilities
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access standards
- Manage data practices and ensure the integrity of healthcare scheduling workflows
- Provide technical support and configure scheduling rules within assigned department applications
Required qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years of direct technical support experience
- Associate's degree in a related field or two additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to analyze data and convey complex information effectively
- Experience in coordinating systems or projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with internal customers at all organizational levels
