Access and Systems Consultant

Job Summary

To support effective scheduling operations, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support, all while working remotely from authorized states.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet established access criteria
• Manage data integrity and healthcare scheduling workflows, including system configuration and support
• Monitor appointment utilization and compliance, addressing any issues with appropriate stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience in building or maintaining schedules using software applications, or three years of direct technical support experience
• Associate's degree in a related field, or two years of additional relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize statistical models
• Experience in coordinating systems or projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers at all organizational levels
