Job Summary
To support scheduling efficiency, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support for scheduling systems while working remotely from an authorized state.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access standards
- Manage data practices and ensure the integrity of scheduling workflows and systems
- Provide high-level technical support to end users and resolve scheduling-related issues
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using a software application or three years in technical support
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively across various organizational levels
- Experience coordinating systems or projects is preferred
