Job Summary
To ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary access and training for efficient work, the remote Access and Training Specialist will manage the end-to-end access lifecycle, conduct training on various workflows, and provide real-time coaching to associates.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end access lifecycle, including request submission, tracking, and escalation
- Conduct training for site-specific workflows and lead onboarding training for new hires
- Monitor access gaps and proactively resolve issues to maintain productivity
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, health information management, or medical records workflows
- Working knowledge of ROIS, VRM, and related data entry processes
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate multiple systems and workflows
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and support associates; supervisory experience preferred
