Required Qualifications

- Minimum of three years of experience in access/call center management or comparable management experience
- Experience in a healthcare environment, specifically in call center, referral, or appointment scheduling
- Ability to analyze trends and create actionable plans
- Willingness to travel to clinical or corporate locations as needed
