Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage, and evaluate the performance of Supervisors while ensuring shift coverage
- Drive care continuity by scheduling follow-up care for patients and addressing escalated concerns

Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Minimum of three years of experience in an Access/Call Center management role
- Experience in a healthcare environment, specifically in call center, referral, or appointment scheduling
- Ability to analyze trends and create effective action plans
- Willingness to travel to clinical or corporate locations as needed
