Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, manage, and evaluate the performance of Supervisors while ensuring shift coverage
  • Drive care continuity by scheduling follow-up care for patients and addressing escalated concerns
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain department goals and monitor employee engagement
Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an Access/Call Center management role
  • Experience in a healthcare environment, specifically in call center, referral, or appointment scheduling
  • Ability to analyze trends and create effective action plans
  • Willingness to travel to clinical or corporate locations as needed
