Job Summary
To support ongoing projects, the full-time Access Control Coordinator will manage project requirements, provide updates, and coordinate reviews while working both remotely and in the office.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and maintain project requirement lists, providing weekly updates on action items
- Schedule and coordinate project reviews, ensuring effective communication of status to the project team
- Assist with monitoring project plans and ticketing systems, identifying issues, and collaborating with regional teams for resolution
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent with 2 to 5 years of related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
- Previous experience with ticketing systems and/or project management systems
- Ability to work flexibly in both office and remote settings
- Proactive attitude with excellent customer service skills
