Job Summary

To support a growing behavioral health team, the full-time Access Coordinator will manage incoming referrals, conduct eligibility screenings, and schedule appointments in a hybrid remote environment after an initial training period.

Key responsibilities
  • Manages incoming referrals through various communication channels and gathers required information from referral sources
  • Completes eligibility and program screenings with clients, schedules intakes, and verifies insurance information
  • Coordinates with program leadership and staff to ensure client eligibility, appropriate clinical fit, and completion of registration paperwork
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Case Manager certification (to be obtained post-hire as needed)
  • CPR certification (to be obtained post-hire as needed)
  • Valley de-escalation certification (to be obtained post-hire)
