Job Summary
To support a growing behavioral health team, the full-time Access Coordinator will manage incoming referrals, conduct eligibility screenings, and schedule appointments in a hybrid remote environment after an initial training period.
Key responsibilities
- Manages incoming referrals through various communication channels and gathers required information from referral sources
- Completes eligibility and program screenings with clients, schedules intakes, and verifies insurance information
- Coordinates with program leadership and staff to ensure client eligibility, appropriate clinical fit, and completion of registration paperwork
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Case Manager certification (to be obtained post-hire as needed)
- CPR certification (to be obtained post-hire as needed)
- Valley de-escalation certification (to be obtained post-hire)
