Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Access Coordinator will gather and translate insurance information for accurate claim submissions, while managing prior authorizations, referrals, and patient communication regarding service coverage.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prepares and submits payer-specific prior authorizations and referrals in accordance with guidelines
  • Collaborates with clinicians to obtain necessary information for successful authorization approval
  • Documents all interactions related to insurance processes within the electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Required qualifications:
  • 1 year of relatable healthcare experience
