Job Summary
Designing and establishing a standardized access audit framework, the full-time Access Engineer and IAM Auditor will manage regular and ad-hoc access audits across a complex multi-system environment, focusing on GCP IAM, LDAP, and PAM tools while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement an access audit framework, including methodology and reporting templates
- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc access audits, focusing on privileged and administrative accounts
- Prepare audit-ready reports and track remediation actions with system and application owners
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Access Engineer/IAM Auditor or in a similar role
- Experience in designing and building an access audit process from scratch
- Hands-on experience with GCP/LDAP and Privileged Access Management tools
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST
- Ability to hold system and application owners accountable for remediation timelines
