Access Management Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Access and Identity Management Analyst II responsible for implementing and managing role-based access controls within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in projects and support operations focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies
• Collaborate in the design, implementation, and support of IAM technologies
• Ensure compliance with security policies and document all evidence of authorization according to internal standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; preferred fields include Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
• Minimum of three years in progressing IT roles
• Experience in large, cross-functional teams influencing senior-level management and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle and IAM concepts such as Least Privilege and Role-Based Access Control
• Competency in Microsoft Active Directory and data manipulation tools like Excel
