Access Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Access Network Engineer specializing in PON/FTTH technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support GPON and XGS-PON access network architectures
• Engineer and maintain OLT platforms, PON service profiles, and subscriber provisioning
• Troubleshoot service issues across OLT, ONT, and optical distribution network layers

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GPON and XGS-PON access networks in ISP or telecom environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across physical and logical network layers
• Experience with OLT and ONT platforms
• Knowledge of fiber access network architecture and operations
• Familiarity with optical signal analysis and troubleshooting
