Access Network Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Access Network Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the Access Network Engineering team while promoting teamwork
• Oversee day-to-day engineering of PON, DSL, and Fixed Wireless Access technologies and associated CPEs
• Coordinate with Call Centers and NOC to address Access network issues and manage vendor interactions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of five years of engineering experience focused on access technologies
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor others
• Hands-on experience with PON, DSL, and Fixed Wireless equipment
• Proficiency in network monitoring, provisioning, and fault management for relevant network equipment
