Access & Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Access & Outreach Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, directing callers and ensuring timely responses
• Schedule appointments for healthcare providers and communicate instructions to patients
• Assist with patient follow-ups, appointment management, and referral processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Medical, secretarial, and/or customer service experience required
• 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Experience in appointment scheduling and managing patient phone calls preferred
• Experience as CMA/RMA, MOA, or in a call center environment preferred
