Access Provider with State License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Provider to facilitate rapid-access intakes and provide medical support for members in recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake medical duties and determine patient treatment appropriateness
• Provide longitudinal maintenance care and collaborate with colleagues for member transitions
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and complete documentation promptly

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in good standing
• Willingness to become licensed in multiple states and credentialed with health plans
• At least 1 year of experience managing opioid use disorder (OUD) with buprenorphine
• Experience in a team-based care setting with behavioral health providers
• Access to reliable internet and telephone services for telemedicine
