Access & Reimbursement Director

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of US market access and reimbursement strategies, the full-time Associate Director Access & Reimbursement will ensure optimal payer coverage and patient access across the CSL Seqirus portfolio while collaborating with commercial, marketing, medical, and pricing teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets
• Analyze the payer access and reimbursement landscape, providing insights to influence organizational change
• Build and maintain relationships with key individuals at payer organizations to enhance market access for CSL Seqirus products

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Policy, or Life Sciences preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical healthcare sector
• 5+ years of experience in the vaccine payer space
• Experience with US payers and billing/coding for both medical and pharmacy billing
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in account management and executing national strategies
