Job Summary

Access Services Representative, this full-time position involves obtaining accurate patient demographics and insurance information to facilitate registration, verify benefits, and collect financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts patient interviews to gather demographic and financial data for registration and insurance verification
• Registers patients and identifies process improvement opportunities to enhance team performance and patient experience
• Verifies insurance coverage, calculates patient dues, and negotiates payment arrangements as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Experience: Less than 1 Year of Experience
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
