Job Summary

To ensure timely access to care for patients, the full-time Access Services Representative will respond to physician requests, engage with patients for appointment scheduling, and utilize clinical and administrative knowledge to facilitate efficient care in a remote work setting for candidates in the MA/CT area.

Key responsibilities:
  • Responds to physician needs to guarantee appropriate and timely patient access to care
  • Provides prompt and courteous responses to appointment requests via various communication channels
  • Engages with patients directly to support timely and appropriate appointment scheduling
Required qualifications:
  • 2 years of prior experience in a physician office or customer service setting
  • GED or HiSET required
  • Successfully completed a medical terminology course or willingness to complete one within a year of hire
  • Proficiency in using relevant technology and applications, including CIS and Centricity Business
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
