Job Summary

To ensure timely access to care for patients, the full-time Access Services Representative will engage with physicians and patients, manage appointment scheduling, and maintain accurate documentation in a remote work environment for candidates located in the MA/CT area.

Key responsibilities:
  • Responds to requests from physicians and community providers to facilitate patient access to care
  • Provides prompt and courteous appointment scheduling responses through various communication channels
  • Engages directly with patients to support efficient appointment scheduling and ensure accurate clinic information
Required qualifications:
  • Two years of experience in a physician office or customer service setting
  • Completion of a medical terminology course or willingness to complete one within the first year of hire
  • GED or HiSET
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Proficiency in using phone, computer, and related technology
