Job Summary

Access Specialist, a full-time position, provides patient and provider support through inbound and outbound calls, schedules appointments, and addresses customer needs with occasional guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answers calls efficiently for multiple areas while ensuring customer needs are met
  • Schedules patient appointments and captures customer information accurately using messaging systems
  • Provides information regarding appointment processes, locations, and other related inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge of patient scheduling systems and procedures
  • Fundamental awareness of customer service and call center etiquette
  • Ability to handle patient inquiries and provide information effectively
