Key Responsibilities

• Complete Verification of Benefits and manage Prior Authorizations for interventional treatments
• Track authorization status and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure seamless patient access and address denials

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare insurance workflows, including VOB and prior authorizations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Persistent and solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable navigating payer portals and complex coverage scenarios
• Technically proficient with experience using EMRs and CRMs
