Accessibility Designer III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Designer III - Accessibility (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with team members and stakeholders while supporting design processes
• Deliver design work including prototypes, wireframes, and UX flows while leading human-centered design processes
• Coach and mentor other designers, providing actionable feedback and leading accessibility tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• Progressive experience with design principles and relevant technologies
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe
• Knowledge of Section 508/WCAG compliance and accessibility tools
• Experience in developing design test cases and plans
