Accessibility Lead

Job Summary

Leading accessibility initiatives across digital products, the full-time remote Accessibility Lead will enhance accessibility practices throughout the product lifecycle by collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting audits, and developing training resources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accessibility integration across multiple products, shaping workflows for planning, design, development, and testing
• Conduct audits and evaluations of digital products, ensuring documentation and accessibility issues are identified and tracked
• Create and deliver training and resources for team members to adopt scalable accessibility practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in digital accessibility or related fields
• Deep knowledge of WCAG and accessibility testing practices
• Strong understanding of assistive technologies and their implementation
• Experience with accessibility documentation, such as ACRs or VPATs
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in agile product environments
