Accessibility Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the accessibility program for a diverse portfolio of Clinical Solutions products, the full-time Sr Accessibility Product Manager will ensure compliance with evolving accessibility standards while driving cross-functional execution and enhancing product quality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Accessibility Program by assessing compliance, identifying gaps, and managing conformance documentation
• Drive cross-functional execution by coordinating product teams to embed accessibility in product development processes
• Extend coverage to content by collaborating with authoring teams to ensure accessibility features are integrated during content creation

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, with at least 2 years focused on digital accessibility or compliance programs
• Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, and ADA Title III as they apply to web and mobile software
• Experience producing and defending VPATs/Accessibility Conformance Reports in an enterprise B2B context
• Proven ability to assess and improve existing accessibility programs effectively
• Technical fluency for engaging with front-end engineers on accessibility-related topics
