A company is looking for an Accessibility Research Program Lead to shape and evolve their inclusive design program through research and user insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize outreach and advocate for the inclusive design program among product teams
• Design and conduct user research studies with people with disabilities to gather insights
• Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of the inclusive design program and track progress

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Accessibility, Human Factors, or a related field
• Proven experience conducting user research with people with disabilities
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG, ADA, Section 508)
• Expert understanding of assistive technologies and their usage patterns
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
