Job Summary
To support the development and delivery of accessible digital learning content, the full-time Digital Learning & Accessibility Specialist (IAAP CPACC Certified) will manage content creation, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain digital content for online learning environments and professional initiatives
- Design and create asynchronous learning modules using instructional design best practices
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables among multiple external vendors and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field
- IAAP CPACC certification or equivalent in accessibility
- Three years of experience in developing digital content and learning resources
- Working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements and WCAG 2.1 standards
- Experience creating asynchronous learning modules and online learning experiences
