Job Summary

To deliver exceptional support to customers with disabilities, the part-time Accessibility Customer Support Assistant (Contract) will monitor inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely throughout the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, Salesforce, and AccessText Network
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to resolve customer concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively through a high volume of requests
  • Experience handling sensitive customer information with care
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and meet service level agreements (SLAs)
