Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer 5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct manual accessibility reviews aligned to WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and troubleshoot automated scan results
  • Document findings, provide remediation guidance to engineering teams, and validate fixes
  • Maintain inventories of sites and applications, track compliance, and prepare status reports
Required Qualifications
  • IAAP CPACC, IAAP WAS, or equivalent formal accessibility certification
  • 6+ years of experience in accessibility testing
  • Proficiency with accessibility automation tools (e.g., axe, Accessibility Insights)
  • Experience logging and managing accessibility findings in a structured work tracking system
  • Ability to work independently across multiple teams
