Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer 5 to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual accessibility assessments of web properties based on WCAG standards
- Execute and troubleshoot automated accessibility scans using enterprise tools
- Provide guidance and support to engineering teams to remediate accessibility findings
Required Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 (AA minimum) and experience with manual accessibility testing
- Experience with automated scanning tools such as Accessibility Insights
- Relevant accessibility certification (e.g., IAAP CPACC, WAS, or equivalent)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for false positives, configuration issues, and scan failures
