Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer 5 to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual accessibility assessments of web properties based on WCAG standards
  • Execute and troubleshoot automated accessibility scans using enterprise tools
  • Provide guidance and support to engineering teams to remediate accessibility findings
Required Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 (AA minimum) and experience with manual accessibility testing
  • Experience with automated scanning tools such as Accessibility Insights
  • Relevant accessibility certification (e.g., IAAP CPACC, WAS, or equivalent)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for false positives, configuration issues, and scan failures
