Accessibility Systems Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing digital experience team, the full-time remote Instructional Designer - Experience Systems Specialist will apply and validate accessibility standards, bridge template intent with technical output, and protect the integrity of the .com experience system while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and validate WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards to .com templates and experiences
• Ensure accurate translation of template and interaction intent to front-end implementation
• Contribute to template architecture and identify inconsistencies in template application

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in UX, product design, or design systems with a focus on accessibility validation
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and experience in production template environments
• Strong understanding of experience system architecture and reusable page models
• Familiarity with structured content models and CMS-driven design
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with front-end HTML/CSS is a plus
