Accident & Health Business Development Manager

Job Summary

To drive profitable new production across an assigned territory, the full-time Accident & Health Regional Business Development Manager will generate business opportunities, deepen producer engagement, and evaluate strategic program opportunities while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity throughout the Midwest or Northeast.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by developing and expanding partner relationships and identifying strategic growth opportunities
• Identify and execute strategic opportunities through alternative and emerging distribution channels, including MGAs and digital platforms
• Manage the new business pipeline from intake through quote delivery, ensuring timely follow-up with distribution partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of prior A&H sales, marketing, underwriting, or risk placement experience
• Knowledge of traditional A&H products and extensive knowledge of A&H markets and distribution channels
• Strong organizational and communication skills, including presentation abilities
• Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills
