Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accidental Death and Dismemberment Group Claim Senior Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct claim eligibility determinations and manage ongoing claims for benefits
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to gather information regarding eligibility for benefits
• Interpret death investigation records and refer claims to expert resources as necessary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Health or Science
• Forensic Science education and/or background is highly desired
• Strong investigative skills with the ability to analyze facts and make decisions
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
