Accommodation Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for employees requesting job accommodations, the part-time contract Accommodation Specialist will assess and triage accommodation requests, provide guidance, and ensure a positive experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to new requests for accommodation and customer service needs within required time frames
• Assess an employee's return-to-work feasibility and provide an overview of the accommodation process
• Create and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case records in the case management system

Required qualifications

• Proficient understanding and use of all applicable company information systems
• Experience working with the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) is preferred
