Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accommodations Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accommodation cases, including initial review, interactive process, implementation, and documentation
Provide consultation and coaching on workplace accommodations to associates, HR, and leaders
Partner with functional stakeholders on Workday coding, status, and departmental referrals

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
4 years of experience managing workplace accommodation cases and providing consultation regarding disability, accommodation, or leaves
Subject matter expertise in federal and state disability and accommodation laws
Experience working in a multi-state and multi-site organization
Able to work effectively at all levels in the organization
