Accommodations Specialist
Job Summary
To support the timely access to behavioral health services, the full-time Accommodations Specialist will process single-case agreements, provide service support to various teams, and ensure accurate data entry while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process single-case agreements with facilities and clinicians for the Exchange line of business
- Provide service support to Intake, Claims, and Care Management to ensure timely access to services
- Handle provider communications regarding single case agreements and update internal systems accordingly
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Negotiation skills
